Added a fried egg
+ Homemae salsa with corn and zucchini.
= Yum.
Lots of stuff I want to try - I just need a way to keep track of it all! And, hopefully, an easy way to come back to it when the recipe is mmmm, so good.

| 1 | small clove garlic , minced (1 teaspoon) |

| Vegetable oil for pan-frying (about 1 1/4 cups) | |
| Simple Tomato Sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon minced garlic |
| 1 | (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes |
| 1 | tablespoon minced fresh basil leaves |
| 1 | pound spaghetti |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | |
